Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries in the world. For bulk orders we ship our products via shipping container, and for smaller volume orders we can arrange LCL shipments via our sea-freight forwarder.
Do I need a account to submit a quote?
No, an account is not required.
However, we encourage you to register with us as you will be able to enjoy faster process, easy access to order status and past enquiries.
What are your payment terms?
Once your quotation is approved we require a 50% down payment to begin production. We accept Pay Pal, International Bank Transfers (TT), or local Bank Transfers within Indonesia.
Once your order is ready to ship we require the balance 50% payment before delivery/shipping. Payment will be requested once our detailed production report is submitted and approved by the client.
When will my orders be shipped?
Depending on your order volume, production usually takes between 6-8 weeks for a standard 20ft Container or part there off. Larger Container Orders +8 weeks.
For sampling of custom projects please allow +4 weeks to prepare ready samples.
What if I have any problem regarding my order shipping?
Before shipping your order internationally, we will do all the necessary due diligence to ensure your order is prepared to ship to your country. Different countries have different import regulations, and Walk The PLank Collective and our shipping partners are experienced with shipping internationally on a regular basis

How long does it take to receive my shipment?
The delivery time will vary according to the shipping destination. Please allow between 4-6 weeks for shipping to most countries worldwide. This may vary depending on available shipping schedules or shipping lines and will be communicated before your order is sent.
How about the VAT, import duties and taxes?
For international customers outside Indonesia, your shipment may incur VAT, import duties and taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority, excluded from the product price and shipping fee that we received. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. Please be advised that Walk The PLank Collective PTY LTD cannot be held responsible to pay the VAT, import duties and taxes. For more information, please consult your local customs office.
What other shipping fee's will be charged?
Walk The Plank will quote our product FOB Semarang Indonesia for international orders or Ex Factory within Indonesia. You will be responsible for international shipping fees or local trucking fees which vary pending the destination and order size. We will quote these charges before your order is confirmed.

What if my order is damaged on arrival?
Please be advised that Walk The Plank Collective PTY LTD cannot be held responsible for delays, lost or damaged items during delivery, however shipping large furniture items locally and internationally is a significant sector of our business and we take great care in packing and preparing our products for international shipping.
If there is ever a problem, please communicate the issue with us immediately and we will endeavour to ensure a fair solution for us both.
Can I return/exchange/refund an order I purchased?
We are unable to offer return/exchange/refund of orders that have been approved. By processing your downpayment with Walk The Plank Collective, it means your order is approved and the products will be manufactured specifically for your order.
